CRANE OPERATOR

Crane operator will operate cranes or draglines to lift, move, position or place machinery, equipment and other large objects at the worksite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate cranes and vehicles safely within approved load capacities and manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections and check ground conditions, clearances, overhead lines, and potential hazards.
• Assist with loading, unloading, lifting, and delivery of products and materials.
• Complete required transportation and delivery documentation.
• Maintain cranes, vehicles, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and report mechanical or electrical faults, accidents, and maintenance requirements.
• Assist with basic vehicle maintenance, refueling, and servicing as required.
• Support delivery teams and assist with planning safe and efficient delivery routes.
• Participate in training and follow safe and efficient work practices.
• Complete other duties assigned by the Site-in-Charge or Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum – Advanced Level
• Minimum – 3 years’ experience in a related field
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of industrial work, including control panels and switchboards.
• Able to work long hours.
• Good team player.
