We are hiring a Call Center Agent for Villa Gas to manage customer inquiries, gas orders, and ensuring smooth coordination with the delivery team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers by handling inquiries, complaints, and gas orders, ensuring all details are recorded accurately.
  • Enter customer gas orders into the system, updating customer profiles and making sure their information is accurate.
  • Communicate with the delivery team to ensure timely gas deliveries and resolve any delivery-related issues.
  • Provide customers with details about Villa Gas products and services, including payment options, and verify online transfer slips for accuracy.
  • Prepare daily reports on customer service and delivery performance, maintaining high standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to work long hours when necessary to meet customer needs and support delivery operations.

Qualifications:

  • Completed Ordinary Level education.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on problem-solving

Salary:

MVR 8,000/-
