Batching Plant Operator

The Batching Plant Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the batching plant to ensure the efficient and accurate production of concrete or other materials. The role requires monitoring equipment, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate batching equipment to produce concrete or other materials as per specifications.
• Monitor plant operations and ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of batching equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of production, material usage, and quality control.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Batching Plant Operator or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of concrete batching processes and equipment.
