Painter

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint and coatings, and ensuring high quality finishes. Your role will also involve maintaining equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and collaborating with other staff to complete projects efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Clean, sand, and scrape surfaces to ensure paint adheres properly.
• Apply paint, varnish, or other coatings using painting tools ensuring a smooth and even finish.
• Perform minor surface repairs, such as filling cracks or holes, before painting.
• Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment for optimal performance.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
• Work with maintenance staff to schedule and execute painting projects with minimal disruption.

Qualifications:

• Basic school education up to O'Levels.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Painter or in a related field.
• Ability to achieve high-quality finishes and perform minor repairs.
• Ability to coordinate with other staff and contribute to team goals.
