QA/QC Engineer – Concrete Works

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Engineer – Concrete Works to oversee quality control and assurance processes related to concrete structures. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining high-quality construction practices.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise quality assurance processes at the batching plant and at site

• Oversee mix design implementation with Sika admixtures

• Monitor and document slump, temperature, cube testing, and curing

• Use Giatec SmartRock 3 sensors for maturity-based strength tracking

• Certify strength achievement before formwork striking and slab load transfer

• Generate reports for Engineering and Project teams

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering or Materials Science

• 5+ years in concrete QA/QC roles, with batching plant exposure

• Familiarity with ASTM/BS standards and admixture technologies

• Preferred: Experience with digital maturity sensors
