Concrete Lab Assistant – Batching Plant

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Concrete Lab Assistant – Batching Plant to assist in testing and quality control of concrete materials at our batching plant. The successful candidate will support laboratory operations, conduct material testing, and ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Support material weighing, trial batching, and lab testing

• Assist in curing cube samples and recording test results

• Handle aggregate moisture checks and admixture dosing logs

• Ensure lab cleanliness and support QA/QC reporting

Qualifications:

• O-Level with vocational background in construction or materials testing

• 1–2 years of lab or batching plant experience preferred

• Basic English literacy and high attention to process discipline
