We are looking for a dedicated Project Engineer / Planner to ensure the smooth operation of our production processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the production Gantt chart, unblocking work delays, and coordinating daily operations to keep the project on track. This role involves daily planning, progress reporting, material coordination, and tracking work breakdowns to ensure the project’s milestones are met on time and within scope.
Maintain and update the production Gantt chart to reflect progress, schedules, and any adjustments needed.
Unblock work-related obstacles and coordinate daily production activities to ensure the smooth flow of tasks.
Track project progress and prepare daily and weekly reports on status, milestones, and any deviations from the plan.
Ensure that all materials are properly tracked and available to meet production needs on schedule.
Monitor the breakdown of tasks, ensuring all steps are completed on time and no critical path is delayed.
Identify any potential delays and take proactive steps to mitigate risks and ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain task deviation under 10%, ensuring tasks are completed within expected time frames.
Achieve >95% accuracy in weekly completion reports, ensuring all project data is precise and up-to-date.
Keep the average delay per milestone to less than 2 days to ensure that the project is progressing within acceptable limits.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and reporting, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong understanding of Gantt chart creation and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Ability to effectively track and manage resources, materials, and tasks to ensure smooth project flow.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to identify risks early and implement solutions to avoid project delays.
Knowledge of production processes and systems is a plus.
Ability to work in both an office and production environment, with potential travel to production sites as needed.
