Lead the outlet team to achieve 90% of overall sales targets.
Drive revenue growth through active promotion and strategic sales techniques.
Maintain an annual inventory turnover rate of 4.5 for core products.
Monitor stock levels and ensure efficient product flow to meet market demand.
Maintain a gross profit margin of minimum 18% on motorcycle sales and 22% on engine sales.
Achieve an 85% retention rate for performing staff members.
Foster a positive work culture through motivation, mentoring, and professional development.
Ensure 100% of staff complete all required training within the first 30 days of joining.
Continuously coach and upskill the team to meet operational and sales excellence.
Maintain operational expenses within 5% of the approved budget.
Identify areas for operational efficiency and cost control.
Oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction standards are met consistently.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales, inventory, staffing, and financial performance.
Proven experience in showroom or outlet management (automotive sector preferred).
