Carpenter

We are seeking experienced Carpenters to build, install, and repair wooden structures and interiors in boats and marine vessels.

Responsibilities:

• Construct and fit wooden interiors including flooring, walls, ceilings, and furniture for boats.
• Install and repair marine joinery, decking, hatches, and bulkheads.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Perform finishing works such as sanding, varnishing, and sealing.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools for cutting, shaping, and fitting wood and composite materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment onboard and in the shipyard.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in marine carpentry and interior outfitting.
• Strong knowledge of marine-grade wood, materials, and fasteners.
• Minimum of 3+ years experience in a boatyard or shipbuilding environment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and perform precision work.
• Understanding of marine safety protocols and best practices.
