Stationary Pump Operator

We are seeking an experienced Stationary Concrete Pump Operator to operate and maintain stationary concrete pumps used for fluid transfer in construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe concrete placement, as well as maintaining the pump equipment in good working condition.

Responsibilities:

• Operate stationary concrete pumps to transfer concrete from the source to the specified locations on-site.
• Set up, align, and secure the pump, hoses, and pipelines before beginning operations.
• Monitor pump operation parameters such as pressure, flow rate, and material consistency to ensure smooth pumping.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of pumps, hoses, and fittings after each use.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational or mechanical issues on the spot.
• Coordinate with the concrete mixer drivers and placement team to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and hazard awareness on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of daily operations, maintenance checks, and incident reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating stationary concrete pumps, preferably in a construction setting.
• Good knowledge of pump mechanics, maintenance procedures, and job site safety standards.
• Ability to perform minor repairs and conduct preventive maintenance.
• Physical strength and stamina to handle equipment setup and operation under outdoor conditions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with site teams.
