We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finishing Team Lead to oversee the execution and coordination of finishing works, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the finishing works team on-site, ensuring work is completed as per specifications.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to align project execution.
Review and interpret finishing drawings, plans, and specifications.
Ensure timely availability and quality of finishing materials.
Monitor progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality control procedures.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in finishing works supervision.
Strong knowledge of finishing materials, methods, and quality standards.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Familiarity with safety protocols and quality management systems.
