Tile Layout Specialist (Senior Finisher)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tile Layout Specialist (Senior Finisher) to oversee and execute high-quality tile installations across project sites. The role ensures precision, aesthetic excellence, and adherence to project specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, layout, and execute tile installation works for floors, walls, and decorative surfaces according to design drawings and specifications.
• Ensure accurate measurement, cutting, and alignment of tiles for a professional finish.
• Select appropriate materials, adhesives, and grout based on project requirements.
• Inspect surfaces prior to installation and prepare them to ensure proper adhesion and durability.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain compliance with HSE policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process and correct defects or misalignments.
• Maintain records of materials used, work progress, and completed installations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or certification in Construction, Interior Finishing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tile installation, preferably in luxury or commercial projects.
• Proficient in various tile types, cutting techniques, and layout patterns.
• Strong attention to detail, aesthetic sense, and finishing skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
