We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finishing Site Engineer to oversee and manage all site activities related to the finishing phase of construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all finishing works at the project site, ensuring adherence to specifications and drawings.
Inspect and monitor finishing activities including plastering, painting, tiling, joinery, and other final works.
Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
Verify and ensure the quality of materials used for finishing works.
Identify and resolve site issues promptly to prevent delays.
Maintain compliance with safety protocols and quality control standards.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finishing works supervision.
Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and quality standards.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Familiarity with site safety regulations and quality assurance procedures.
