Excavator Operator

We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to operate piling rigs and excavators for foundation and construction works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate piling rigs and excavators for foundation and structural works.
• Set and adjust hammer settings as per project requirements.
• Ensure correct positioning of piles and manage the complete driving cycle.
• Carry out daily pre-checks and maintenance of the machine to ensure operational safety.
• Collaborate with site engineers, hammer technicians, and riggers for safe and efficient pile driving.
• Follow all safety protocols and site procedures during lifting, positioning, and driving activities.
• Keep records of daily activities, machine usage, and any maintenance issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in heavy equipment operations preferred.
• Valid excavator/heavy equipment operator license/certification.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in operating excavators and piling rigs on construction sites.
• Strong understanding of piling operations, hammer settings, and driving cycles.
• Good communication and teamwork skills for coordinating with rigging and site crews.
• Knowledge of safety standards and ability to work under challenging site conditions.
