The procurement officer is responsible for all the activities related procurement and resource attaining. The designated employee will assist all departments and aid if a request has been made from an employee.
Responsibilities:
Procuring and attaining all items for the worksite upon requests from relevant parties.
Documenting and keeping the records of daily, monthly and annual details of the procured items.
Checking the condition of the worksite and attending to any faults in the construction of the building.
Collecting documents from suppliers such as bank cheque, PO's and other related documents.
Assisting the administration department for the smooth functioning of the department.
Creating purchasing orders and sending it to the relevant parties after getting the needed approvals.
Reporting and attending to meetings if the employee is summoned regarding any issue.
Providing and assisting administration assistance for other departments.
Actively participating in trainings and identifying the needs for trainings.
Learning ad practicing the best methods to perform the job and inquiring if needed assistance.
Completing and attending to all the works which are assigned by Site-in charge.
Qualifications:
Minimum O Level or Diploma in a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
