Summary:

The Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of retail outlets to ensure smooth and efficient store performance. The role includes supervising operational activities with the support of outlet supervisors, ensuring product availability, monitoring staff performance, and maintaining a high standard of customer service while meeting company policies and operational targets

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of retail outlets with the support of assigned supervisors.
  • Spend operational hours between both outlets to ensure effective supervision and smooth store functioning.
  • Monitor the availability and condition of fresh items and coordinate with the relevant teams for timely restocking.
  • Ensure product price labels are accurate, updated, and consistent across all items.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure shelves and racks are replenished once items reach restocking levels.
  • Communicate stock requirements to the responsible department to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and overall performance, and coordinate attendance adjustments when required.
  • Ensure operational reports are prepared accurately and submitted on time to the relevant departments.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally while providing accurate information and appropriate guidance.
  • Support supervisors and staff in maintaining operational efficiency and store standards.
  • Participate in training programs and identify training needs for team members.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the Head of Department.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, KPIs, and operational targets.

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.

Education:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail operations.
