The Sales & Administration Officer is responsible to attend customer requirements by creating and providing the necessary documents for the respective parties while keeping track of the ongoing deliveries until completion.
Responsibilities:
Receiving and processing purchase orders.
Attending the Hotline and processing the Cash Orders.
Attending to customer concerns and providing them solutions.
Keeping the records of the transactions, product movement and other data’s.
Attending inter- Company quotations, SO’s and deliveries.
Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
Keeping confidentiality regarding the prices and other information related to customers and company.
Identifying the required resources needed for the completion of tasks and informing to the relevant parties to attain them.
Providing updates and information to the Managers on quotation inquiries, billing, deliveries and other concerns regarding products.
Undertake any other tasks assigned by the superior or head of department.
Follow and adhere to all policies, procedures and key performance indicators and targets endorsed by Villa Trading Pvt Ltd.
Qualifications:
Completed Ordinary Level education.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.
A valid driving license is preferred
