Fiber Technician

We are seeking skilled Fiber Technicians to handle a range of surface preparation and finishing tasks for boat components.

Responsibilities:

• Perform gel coat application on fiberglass surfaces.
• Carry out automotive spray painting tasks for boat components.
• Apply surfacing agents and other chemical surface treatments.
• Ensure high-quality finishing on fiberglass parts.
• Follow safety procedures when handling chemicals and fiberglass materials.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in fiberglass finishing and surfacing works.
• Strong understanding of chemical mixing and ratios.
• Minimum of 3+ years experience in a fiberglass boatyard.
• Ability to manage and delegate tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of safety protocols in chemical handling and fiberglass processes.
